When army speaks, people listen

It appears to be so – more on Army speakers at 11 Infantry regiment yesterday.

Don’t know what the overall effect really was but they clearly managed to attract attention and some responses: “I’ll drop the call for House dissolution if you turn down the volume” – that was from Veera. Nattawut was snappier but he couldn’t just ignore them either.

It looks like the army managed to take control of the discourse by luring reds to uphold their reputation as peaceful protesters. There wasn’t much more they could do after they found themselves in that position – storming the compound was clearly out of the question, so they left.

As for blood donation plan, they seemed to be determined to push with it last night. Dr. Weng, one of the most reasonable in that bunch, was adamant to draw his own blood first. They claimed to have 500 nurses but no details. Nation calculated that it would take 350 nurses some 10 hours to collect all that blood.
